From the Bride: I felt like I kept thinking about that day over and over again all summer long, and it’s crazy that it has already come and gone. I’ve always dreamed about having my wedding at my family’s log house in Alexander City. Our family is so tied to that land, and it is where we spend most holidays and milestones. I wanted that day to very personal and genuinely display the love Clay and I have for each other and more importantly our love for Christ.
Anita Kanellis was our wedding planner, and she exceeded all expectations we had. My mom contacted several wedding planners that night after we got engaged, and Anita was the first one to respond. I feel like that represents how she is as a person. She is pays close attention to detail, and is always organized. Anita was always anticipating my needs even before I knew I needed anything! That day wouldn’t have been as wonderful as it was had it not been for her. She helped me meet with and pick out all of the vendors. I may be biased, but I think we had the best team. Everyone was on board 100%, and made us feel so special!
It was such a gorgeous fall day that Clay and I said our vows before The Lord, our family, and friends. I will always cherish that day!
